As a Circuit Athletics member, you will meet with our registered dietitian on a monthly basis.  We do not push diets; using an FDA approved program for meal planning, we work with our clients to develop portion control and an understanding of healthy food choices. 

We can even help prepare a grocery list to make your journey easier.  Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, add lean muscle mass, or just be healthier, we have a plan for you! 

Circuit members also have access to our online meal planning.
